Freezer Design Features

Advanced's Tray Freezer is designed for maximum efficiency in operation, sanitation and maintenance. The product is fed, via a belt or shaker, through the enclosure and into the Stainless Steel tray. High velocity frigid air is forced up through the perforated tray and fluidizes the product. This assures true I.Q.F.
