This application utilizes AFE’s model # H7-45-4S Hybrid Modular Tunnel Freezer

The unit is 72’-0” Long x 19’-0” Tall x 17’-0” Wide

The unit utilizes with a pumped Carbon Dioxide (CO2) as the systems refrigerant, operating at -36.4F° (-38C°) suction temperature, and employs Sequential Defrost for continuous extended product runs.

The system is designed to freeze 20,000 pounds (9 M ton) of blueberries per hour utilizing a stainless steel mesh belt.


Spiral Tater Tot/Hash Brown Video

This application utilizes AFE’s DUO Belt Spiral Freezer (Twin Belt Spiral Freezer)

The unit is 51”-6” Long x 51’-0” Wide x 18’-4” Tall

The unit utilizes pumped Ammonia (NH3) as the systems refrigerant, operating at a -25.6F° (-32C°) suction temperature.

The system is designed to freeze 22,000 pounds (10 M ton) of various hashed brown products per hour, having a 194F° (90C°) inlet temperature and producing product with a 0F° (-18C°) core discharge temperature.
